Our unwavering belief in the power of exceptional workplace culture fueled our journey to founding Culture Capital.

 

After working in finance for four years at large financial institutions, Elyse pursued her passion for sociology, earning both a bachelor's and a master's degree, focusing on economics and cultural anthropology. This decision stemmed from her determination to address the company culture issues she faced in her career.

 

Upon completing her studies, Elyse relocated to Boston, where she returned to finance as a private banker, catering to high-net-worth individuals and connecting with business owners and executives. During this time, the pandemic struck, and the business world transitioned to a work-from-home model. Elyse's clients expressed their challenges with maintaining company culture in this new environment, and she experienced these issues first-hand.

 

Elyse recognized that her unique blend of academic knowledge and practical experience positioned her to impact workplace cultures significantly. As a result, Elyse began supporting her own company and offering valuable advice to business owners and leaders, but she was determined to do more.

 

Elyse joined forces with Björn, a medical professional passionate about business development. Together, we founded Culture Capital, a company devoted to resolving company culture problems and guiding organizations in building exceptional workplace cultures.

Elyse is the visionary leader and driving force behind Culture Capital.

 

With a unique background in sociology, finance, and cultural anthropology, she combines her passion for empowering others, building relationships, and understanding diverse perspectives to help companies unlock their full potential by cultivating thriving workplace cultures.
